Restoring the VRC-46 (RT-524) Radios. Years of old paint was stripped from these working units. Next they will get a fresh coat of OD Green Semi-gloss paint, Federal Standard 24087 (FS24087).

Next I prepared the radio mounts for a new paint job of FS24087.

The antenna sections and antenna bases were also given new life with a fresh coat of FS24087 paint manufactured by Gillespie Coatings Inc.
