Next I added all the details and it's finally starting to look like a Grenade Launcher and not a mailbox!

On the side of the gun I screwed on an old plastic box so the lid would open and close.

I made the top cover from styrene sheet and added some screws.

The hand-crank was next made from a piece of steel, a screw, a wooden handel and some washers.

On the opposite side of the launcher I screwed on a smaller plastic box with a functioning lid. I plan to make a front sight from photo etched brass.

I added screws, PVC parts, ABS sheet, and wooden dowels to the front of the gun. The hand-crank actually rotates!

I painted the gun OD Green Semi-gloss (FS24087) with a light over spray of gunmetal.

I made data plates for the M2HBs and Mk-18 using my PC and printing the images on Micro Mark Ink Jet Decal Paper. An important note after printing the image on the decal sheet. Ensure you spray the images with clear gloss paint so the ink stays on the paper.
